2013 feels special already. I feel excited about all the future possibilities this year will bring and I think it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year just gone and make your own goals for 2013. Both articles are really interesting and give tips on how to reflect on the year just gone and how to use this as a way to set yourselves goals and new year resolutions with intention.
So think about your life and what you want to achieve this year, think about your dreams, think about your relationships with family and friends and how you can develop them. Open your mind to all the endless possibilities and adventures out there, and believe you can achieve them and that you deserve them. Concentrate on the active steps you can take to make them happen….. But above all aim to be happy and healthy in 2013!
